Pravilnik:

 Pistol …………...25 meters.
Distance to the target is 25 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 50 cm. Shooting position is standing. The pistol has a centre fire. Sight is mechanical. No use of electronic sight (Red Dot, Aimpoint, Holosight, Laser) is allowed. Revolvers are not allowed. Time allowed for preparation and rehearsal is 5 minutes which is not limited to the number of test shots. The match consists of 10 shots for evaluation for a period of 10 minutes.

 Rifle ………….. 100 meters.

Distance to the target is 100 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 50 cm. Shooting position in prone. Shoot from the shoulder and not allowed reliance on the front of the gun on a soft surface. Use of legs (bipod etc) is not allowed. The rifle has a centre fire. Rifle can be manually operated, semi-automatic or automatic. Automatic rifle (АК 47, АК 74, Zastava М-70; Colt M-16/М-4, Heckler&Koch 223/308, Heckler&Koch G-36, Sig Sauer 550, ….) is allowed to be used in competition, but only when shooting with semi-automatic mode. Use of burst salvo is not allowed. Sight is mechanical. Use of electronic sight (Red Dot, Aimpoint, Holosight…) is not allowed. Time allowed for preparation and rehearsal is 5 minutes which is not limited to the number of test shots. The match consists of 10 shots for evaluation for a period of 10 minutes.

 Hunting sniper rifle …………… 100 meters.

Distance to the target is 100 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 35 cm. Shooting position in prone. Shoot from the shoulder and not allowed reliance on the front of the gun on a soft surface. No portion of the rifle’s butt or forend shall rest directly on the ground. Use of legs (bipod etc) is not a permitted. Use of all sights is allowed: optical sights, Red Dot, Aim Roint, Holosigt I sl.). Use of laser sight is not allowed. Sniper hunting rifle is with central ignition and it may be manually operated, semi-automatic or automatic. Use of standard detachable magazine for munitions with a capacity of 5 rounds is allowed while use of fixed magazine has no limited capacity. All calibers are allowed. Use of compensator (gas brake), pistol grip and folding stock are not allowed. Total mass of the hunting sniper rifle, including any attached accessories such as sight and rifle sling must not exceed 4.5 kg. The thickness of the barrel of the rifles does not exceed 16 mm. Time allowed for preparation and rehearsal is 5 minutes which is not limited to the number of test shots. The match consists of 10 shots for evaluation for a period of 10 minutes.

 Tactical semiautomatic sniper…………..100 meters

Distance to the target is 100 meters. Target is circular with dimension ø 35 cm. Shoot in prone position. Shoot from the shoulder and allowed reliance on the front of the gun on a soft surface and using of feet. Allowed to use pistol grip and folding stock. Use of only optical sights is allowed. Sniper semiautomatic rifle has a centre fire. The rifle has a semiautomatic system. Use of compensator (gas brake) is allowed. Sniper semiautomatic tactical rifle must have a detachable magazine with a capacity of more than 5 rounds. Use of all calibers up to .35 (8.89 mm.) is allowed. Time allowed for preparation and rehearsal is 5 minutes which is not limited to the number of test shots. The match consists of 10 shots for evaluation for a period of 10 minutes. Examples of types of semi-automatic sniper rifle that can be used in this discipline: Zastava M-76, Zastava M-91; Dragunov SWD, Hoeckler & Koch HK G3 SG 1; Hoeckler & Koch HK PSG 1, Hoeckler & Koch MR 223/308 ......
Pravilnik 2. del:

 Sniper Rifle F-Class Target Rifle (F-TR) …………….. 300 meters

A rifle restricted to the chambers of unmodified .308 Winchester/7.62mm NATO, .223 Remington/5.56mm x 45 NATO, 8x57 IS (7,9 mm Mauser) or unmodified 7,62 x54 R cartridge cases. The must be fired off a bipod, rigidly attached to the rifle’s for-end, and/or a sling. Any bipod, meeting the definition of a bipod, may be used but its weight must be included in the rifle’s overall weight. Any safe, manually operated trigger is permitted. Any sighting system is permitted, but it must be included in the rifle’s overall weight. The rifle’s overall weight, including all attachments such as sights, sling and bipod, must not exceed 8.25 kilograms (approximately 18 pounds). An “attachment” also includes any external object, other than the competitor and apparel, which recoils or partially recoils with the rifle, or which is clamped, held, or joined in any way to the rifle for each shot, or which even slightly raises with the lifting of the rifle from its rest/firing point. The rifle must be fired in the prone position from the shoulder of the competitor using rifle. A bipod and/or sling are the only allowed front supports for the F-TR rifle. The rifle may be supported by a bipod and/or sling and a rear support which provide no positive mechanical method for returning it to its precise point of aim for the prior shot. Subject to: (1) The bipod and/or sling and rear support may not be attached to each other. (2) The use of any form of a table is prohibited. Separate flat boards or plates not exceeding the dimensions of the individual rests by two inches are allowed to be placed under the front and/or rear rests. In the case of a bipod, the board or plate may not exceed the width of the bipod by 2", nor be more than 12" front to rear. No leveling screws or protrusions are allowed on these boards or plates. They must be flat on the top and bottom. (3) A bipod is a device with no more than two legs that touch the firing point. It must be rigidly attached to the forend of the rifle. The bipod may have rigid or folding legs, and may be adjustable to compensate for the uneven surface of the firing point. (4) No portion of the rifle’s butt or forend shall rest directly on the ground or any hard surface. A rear rabbit eared bag, small sandbag or a gloved hand may be used to support the rifle’s butt. Any rear support employed shall not be attached, clamped or held to the rifle in any manner. The rear support may not be fixed to or protrude into the firing point. Mechanically adjustable rear support is not allowed. (5) Any number or type of objects may be placed beneath the bipod or rear support, to compensate for variations in height or slope of the firing point. (6) The bipod and rear rest may be adjusted after any shot to compensate for rest movement or settling. A sling may be used in conjunction with the rest(s), but its weight will be included in the rifle’s overall weight. A soft rear rest is allowed. Use of gas brake (compensator) is not allowed. Distance to the target is 300 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 43,4 cm. (ranked 10 - 1/2 MOA, cca 43mm) Time allowed for preparation and rehearsal is 10 minutes which is not limited to the number of test shots. The match consists of 20 shots for evaluation for a period of 20 minutes. Shoot at two targets (2x10 shots).

 Sniper Rifle F-Class Target Rifle (F-TR) …………….. 500 meters

Shooting at a target at a distance of 500 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 43,4 cm. (ranked 10 -1/2 MOA, cca 72 mm) All other rules are identical to the rules governing discipline sniper rifle F-class TARGET RIFLE, 300 meters.

 Sniper rifle F-Class Open Rifle (F-OR) …………………… 300 meters

Rifle restricted to a bore diameter no larger than .35 caliber. “Railguns” and positive mechanical methods of returning to the precise point of aim for the prior shot are not permitted. Any safe, manually operated trigger is permitted. Any sighting system is permitted, but it must be included in the rifle’s overall weight. Тhe rifle’s overall weight, including all attachments such as sights and bipod, must not exceed 10 kilograms (approximately 22 pounds). An “attachment” also includes any external object, other that the competitor and apparel, which recoils or partially recoils with the rifle, or which is clamped, held, or joined in any way to the rifle for each shot, or which even slightly raises with the firing of the rifle from the rests. The width of the rifle’s forend shall not exceed 76mm (approximately 3 inches). The rifle must be fired in the prone position from the shoulder of the competitor using rifle rests. The rifle may be supported by any means which provide no positive mechanical method for returning it to its precise point of aim for the prior shot. Subject to: (1) No more than two rests may be used. If two rests are employed, they may not be attached to each other. (2) The use of any form of a table is prohibited. Separate flat boards or plates not exceeding the dimensions of the individual rests by two inches are allowed to be placed under the front and/or rear rests. No leveling screws or protrusions are allowed on these boards or plates. They must be flat on the top and bottom. (3) A front rest may be employed for either the rifle’s fore-end or for the forward hand. If attached, clamped, or held to the rifle, the front rest must be included in the rifle’s overall weight. (4) No portion of the rifle’s butt or pistol grip shall rest directly on the ground or on any hard surface. Furthermore, any rear rest employed shall not be attached, clamped, or held onto the rifle in any manner. Mechanically adjustable rear rests are not allowed. (5) As an alternative to (3) or (4), the rifle may be rested on a simple central support such as a rolled jacket, towel, blanket, or groundsheet, or upon a sandbag or beanbag. (6) Any number and type of objects may be placed beneath each rest to compensate for variations in the height of the slope of the firing point or to reduce its rolling. (7) The front rest or base may have up to three spiked feet which may be pressed into the ground by no more than 50mm (approximately 2 inches) provided this causes no significant harm to the firing point. (8) Rests may be adjusted after any shot to compensate for rest movement or settling. A sling may be used in conjunction with the rest(s), but its weight will be included in the rifle’s overall weight. Use of gas brake is allowed. Distance to the target is 300 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 43,4 cm. (ranked 10 -1 / 2 MOA, cca 43mm). Time allowed for preparation and rehearsal is 10 minutes which is not limited to the number of test shots. The match consists of 20 shots for evaluation for a period of 20 minutes. Shoot at two targets (2x10 shots).

 Sniper rifle F-Class Open Rifle (F-OR) …………………… 500 meters

Shooting at a target at a distance of 500 meters. Target is circular with dimensions ø 43,4 cm. (ranked 10 - 1/2 MOA, cca 72 mm) All other rules are identical to the rules governing discipline sniper rifle F-class OPEN RIFLE, 300 meters.

IV. ENTRY PROCESS:

Competitors can apply in an individual or a team competition in each of the disciplines. Each team consists of three competitors (except the team in F class sniper competition (TR I OR) which is consist of 3 or 4 competitors, but only the 3 best results are being caunted). Competitors submitting the Entry Form for team competition must submit the Entry Form for individual competition as well. - Individual Entry Form for Individual competition can be downloaded from the web site. - Team Entry Form for Team competition can be downloaded from the web site. Complete Entry Forms must be submitted to the Macedonian Sport Shooting Federation (MSSF) at the Shooting Ranges on the day of the competition until 09:15 AM. V. ENTRY FEE: Individual Entry Fee on 25 may 2014 ( pistol, rifle, hunting sniper rifle and tactical sniper rifle competitions) for each competitor is 500 MKD (cca EUR 8,00 ) which allow him a competition in one discipline. For Individual competition in each subsequent discipline the competitor has to pay additional 300 MKD (cca EUR 5,00) per each subsequent discipline. Individual Entry Fee on 24 may 2014 (F class sniper TR and OR competitions) for each competitor is 1200 MKD (cca EUR 20,00 ) which allow him a competition in one discipline. For Individual competition in each subsequent discipline the competitor has to pay additional 300 MKD (cca EUR 5,00) per each subsequent discipline. Each competitor who has paid Individual Entry Fee will be provided with a "competitive package" consisting of: competitive ID card, t-shirt with the logo of the competition, protective pads sound of the organ of hearing, refreshing drink, flyer for the competition program, rules for safe handling of weapons during a match, promotional material from sponsors or patrons of the event.

VI. SHOOTING RANGES:

Grand Prix Tournament SKOPJE 2014 will be held at:
1. The outdoor Military Shooting Range ,,COJLIJA,, in Skopje (which is located nearly International Airport ) on 24 May 2014.
2. The outdoor Sport Shooting Range ,,KAMNIK,, in Skopje, which is located at: Str.. Kamnik bb, in Skopje, on 25 May 2014.
VII. ACCOMMODATION: Foreign competitors participating in the tournament can ask the MSSF for necessary information regarding the hotel accommodation in Skopje. For the foreign official military and police competitors, if they need there is a possibility for accommodation in the accommodation facilities of the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Macedonia. For this reason, they have to contact in advance the MSSF (e-mail: [email protected]) in order to coordinate the activities for this kind of accommodation.

VIII. WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION DATA FOR CROSSING THE STATE BORDER

No later than 16 May 2014, the foreign competitors must submit to the Macedonian Sport Shooting Federation (MSSF) via e-mail: [email protected] all the necessary data regarding their weapons and ammunition in order to enter the state border of the country such as: name an surname of the competitor, passport number, model and registration number of the vehicle, the name of the border crossing point when entering the Republic of Macedonia, date of entering in the Republic of Macedonia, model and type of weapons and caliber, factory number of weapon, as well as the number and caliber of the bullets. These data are necessary in order MSSF to announce the arrival of the foreign competitors to the Macedonian border authorities. If it is necessary, the MSSF can provide the foreign competitors with personal official Invitation Letter.

IX. SAFETY:
The safe handling of weapons MUST be strictly respected on the contest!

Firearms can handling only by permit on the shooting line-allowed by judges an nowhere else!

Firearms always must be pointed in safe direction!

Except during the shooting, firearms should always have open bolt or lock, visibly secured and without an inserted magazine!

Warning - the protective (ear and eye protection) equipment on the range is obligated for all participant!
