Streljanje "Out of Battery" je težava ameriških Evo, ker jim je bil zaradi zahteve ATF odstranjen sear, ki na evropskih kosih le-to preprečuje:
"You can thank the ATF for this problem. Czech Scorpion EVO's in Europe have a safety sear to prevent that problem. The ATF, in their infinite wisdom, refused to allow importation of the Scorpion EVO until CZ deleted the safety sear."
